    Yes claimant. Oh yes I remember this being advised on here now.

    How would anyone know to Do this if not being told on here.  Shouldn't the courts have sent me a letter stating the next actions to be done?

    You should get instructions when you receive your DQ from the DVLA.

    So I've been given a date which is no good for me (I did say I was unavailable in the DQ) for my telephone mediation.

    I've told them and had this response.


    Please let us know as soon as possible whether you can continue with the appointment or not. If we are unavailable to rebook, the appointment will be cancelled and the case will be transferred to a local court to be listed for a hearing.

    It's bad (but lucky you've swerved it now) that you ticked 'yes' to Mediation which is the opposite of the advice on the NEWBIES thread.  No-one here ever agrees to Mediation.  Eeek!

    I think, to get yourself back on piste because you went waaaay off, you should re-read the NEWBIES thread second post - everything under the red capitals heading: 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'.

    🤣🤣🤣 it looks like I didn't send them anything..

    Ive just looked in my sent file as I don't remember what I tick box boxes I ticked and just noticed I only sent them a blank n180 form

    Have a look at your MCOL status page and see it they have noted that you sent a DQ to them; if not they will likely send you a reminder.  Failing that, they may award a judgment against you - not what you want!
