The Claimant do by 6th April file and serve a reply to defence. The reply should include information as to why for hire charges is consequential upon the accident and how the amount of the hire charges is not already in the claim form

As I noted on 27/3 at 10:45.  It's also not your problem. The claimant will either do a reply, highlighting the error or not file one at all.

The claim is re a parking ticket, do I need to ring the court before I put in my witness statement

Why would you need to do that? The court staff won't provide advice and won't read the documents processed in detail. Just send it in, when it's ready.

And when I put in my witness statement(I've got until the 16th) do I just put it on a plain piece of paper or is there a form?

You should know this. Just about every thread on here contains a witness statement you coomuld look at. Have a read up on your subject, you'll be better prepared if you do.

Last year, a good example of the whole WS and evidence bundle was posted by @jrhys

But in addition, read the WS example that includes the fact that the Govt has now banned the 'extortion' of fake debt recovery costs, as seen in the thread from Match 2022 by @ricky_balboa

This is incorrect and dont know how they got this information?

I tried to bring this to your attention on 27th March.
  • Looks like I’ve had good news in the post this morning , can’t quite believe it ! Had sent my defence through the post to the courts ready for my court hearing in July , was awaiting to hear anything from Highview Parking with their version of events , so was good to see this letter :)

Yes you will (should) get conformation from the court. If you haven't heard within a week then you should 'phone and check, and assume it is still going ahead until the court tells you otherwise.

Note that your attempt at redactions has failed.
