    Thanks , I’ll have a look at that .
I can’t seem to find the Newbies post about filling in the N244?
Try the Set Aside part of the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post.

My signature tells everyone where it is, there is no need to search for a pinned Announcement thread.

You cannot pay in instalments as that means the CCJ remains ruining your credit rating for six years.

  • hi, I sent the set aside form to the County Court Business Centre, actually had to ring them up as they said they didn't receive the email with attachment so re sent it and then got a receipt to say they received it.
How long does it take for them to make A decision as I've since received a letter from DCBL and I'm concerned that it will escalate further :(

The N244 set aside application doesn't generate a decision, it generates a hearing if you paid the £275 fee?  It is all a bit slow I'm afraid.

You should email the CCBC again and show them the bailiff letter and ask that your application is put before a Judge urgently, to order a 'stay of bailiff enforcement' because DCBLtd are threatening you.

  • Thanks for your reply , I didn't need to pay the fee as had a code from Gov.UK, so should I send a copy of the Baliff letter to the same Email Address as I sent the N244?
Im just worried its taking so long and its stressing me out !
This is the email address they've been corresponding to....ccbcfees@justice.gov.uk

Yes, then phone the CCBC and ask that your email asking for a STAY OF ENFORCEMENT is urgently put before a Judge as DCBLtd are threatening you and you are classed as financially vulnerable (help with fees suggests you can say that).

Put all of that in your email.
