In my opinion, yes you do, because it looks like the CCBC have not listened to your request to put it in front of judge - who knows when that hearing will take place?Cyclegirl1968 said:I just received this this morning , do I still need to get a STAY OF ENFORCEMENT?
thanks2 -
So do I email or call them & ask for a stay of enforcement ? I find it all very confusing ! Is it another form ?0

Email the local court (not CCBC any more) a copy of the DCBLtd letter and say that you are vulnerable and how scared you are if the threat of bailiffs while the case sits in Boxwork, and ask for a Judge to please issue an Order to stay all enforcement.
Also if there are any hearing dates you can't do this year, set them out clearly in your email now.
Attach that Notice of Transfer and the DCBLtd letter and of course, put the claim number in the subject line and the words 'urgent stay of execution/enforcement needed'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi , well I got these through the post yesterday , this looks good news but I’m a little confused with all the paperwork , can I get advise please or should I ring my local court to get help ?Also I had another flaming letter from DCBL , I’m worried I’m going to have them knocking at my door

It is good news, as your original judgment is set aside. Shame that DCBL don't think so. Part of that raft of letters is an allocation for a hearing for the underlying claim READ and understand that and take any action it states. That other letter is from DCB Ltd not DCB Legal so is a debt collector letter and can be ignored!2

I'd email a copy of the set aside order to DCBLEGAL and tell them to call their dogs off.
You can use paul@dcblegal.co.uk or danielle@dcblegal.co.uk as I think they are unfortunate enough to still work there.
Personally I would use the word dogs (even though it's an insult to dogs).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just checking (nothing in previous posts re hire car?) - Point #1 - about claimant provide info for why hire charges is consequential upon the accident etc. - is this relevant to your case?Your first post stated - "I received a PCN in 2016 for a parking ticket from Highview Parking ltd, which I appealed straight away,(it was for parking in a Gala Bingo carpark where the machine wasn't accepting money ) it was in my old car,...."2

Thanks, I did call my local courts as wanted it explaining , they said I have 2 weeks to put in anymore defence/witness statements, but I dont have anything else a I already put in my defence as I wrote what little I remembered in my Set Aside, he said that was fine but am worried I need to be doing more? Because it was so long ago , I dont have photos or anything else just what I remembered.Le_Kirk said:It is good news, as your original judgment is set aside. Shame that DCBL don't think so. The hearing isn't until July, that seems a long way off!
So I didn't realise DCB LTD was different to DCB LEGAL?
