I'm sure you will do this anyway, but just a polite reminder, send copies, not originals.Tysernans2018 said:**UPDATE** My MP has requested the NTK and all correspondence sent and received so farPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That DVLA email tells you to write to their complaints team next. So do that!
And definitely register for the Keller Lenkner DVLA claim if your case interests them and fits the bill.
Can you show the NTK again please (minus your data and PCN and VRM numbers) as I missed it?

My MP is asking if the vehicle was there on the 11th or 12th?0

If your car was there on 12th then be honest but don't say to anyone who parked/was driving (unless that cat is already out of the bag).
I see the PCN also says the car was seen from 'N/A to N/A' so when you go online as if to pay and can 'view photos' what is the exact time gap between first and last image, to the second?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It doesn't matter.
If the car was there on the 12th, the NTK is false because it was issued the day before the alleged event, which is an impossibility.
If the car was there on the 11tth, then the images are false because they carry the wrong date.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

**UPDATE** Response from MPGood morning Mr XXXXXX,I would advise if you feel there has been a data breach then you contact the Information Commissioners Office and report, you can do this via the web siteI have looked into what information the DVLA can pass on and as the they stated in the letter to you, if the company is registered and a member of an Accredited Trade Association (ATA) the company can legitimately access the information from the DVLA.Also, if you wish to contest the fine, I advise that you seek legal advice as the ticket was issued from parking in a private car park and you did not have permission from a tenant to park.I understand that this is not the response you wanted but we are not legally trained so cannot offer to act on your behalf.Kind regards0

Your MP sounds clueless. She/he used the word fine, which of course it is not.
The DVLA are allowed to sell personal data to a PPC, but only if the have a reasonable cause to do so. The NTK had false dates, therefore there was no legitimate reason for the request.
The ICO are actually investigating the DVLA with regards to them releasing data without performing any checks.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
