Please review my N244 Contest set aside application from Excel Parking

The person who signed that letter for Excel - are they related to a well-known young woman with the same surname?

That document, being from Excel, should do the trick.  Not sure you need proof of payment to be attached as, after all Excel would not have agreed to set-aside by consent if you had not paid, then again, it is only one more document and it might help the judge - although I have never seen one attached before.

Thanks Le Kirk, great it looks like in that case im all set, I will complete the final n244 form and before I submit just run it past on the forum in case I am missing something. Just wondering where do I make the payment if anyone knows? Can I do it online and attatch my case number and ccj to the payment. I just want to make sure I am doing it correctly, when I get home in 1 hour I will get on my PC and complete it. Thanks once again.

Ignore where I ticked the attached witness statement - I have now updated it to the "evidence set out in the box below"

Can someone explain what email address I have to send my N244 form with my word document attatchment from Excel parking saying they made a mistake. I can not find the email address or is it ccbc@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk?

No that is definitely not the right email address. hmcts.gsi has not been current for years.
And you won't be sending it to the County Court Business Centre will you?

Hi Keith, thanks for saving the day. I have no idea where I want to send it. Where do you suggest I send it to? I ticked without a hearing on the N244 form. What difference does it make or does the court have to be in the city I reside in? Thanks for explaining to me

What happens if I select the wrong email address would the court forward it to the relevant department?

You can surely discount a lot of those email addresses. 
What are you left with?

If you still have too many, then surely it is pretty obvious to ask at their enquiries email.

There are also several phone numbers there.
You will need to ask someone how you go about paying the fee.

Please remember, this forum is about parking. You are drifting well away from that.
