            The comment is self-explanatory ... you cannot reference a point about checking addresses from the 2015 CoP as it doesn't exist.
You could reference the 2017 CoP point, but the other side may well point out that the 2015 CoP would apply to a 2016 PCN so the statement has no merit. Of course you could counter that with a reference to the new Parking Code of Practice which shows the government's intention in such matters.

            Do I have to even create a witness statement? Can I not state in the box on the N244 form about correct paperwork not being served with the attached letter from excel to suggest this.0

Could I mention my points of not receiving the letters and tick "in the box below" on the n244 form? I will also attach the letter excel parking wrote to me. This is my letter received from Excel, I copied the main bits from the word document. It was signed at the bottom left by Jake Burgess.
BEFORE THE COUNTY COURT AT C
UPON the parties agreeing that the Defendant did not receive the Claim Form issued on the (I removed date) before a Judgment was entered against them on the (I removed date) and the parties agreeing that there be good reason to set the Judgment against the Defendant aside pursuant to CPR 13.3 (1)(b)(i).
UPON the parties agreeing a settlement for the amount claimed.
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:-
1. The Judgment entered against the Defendant in the above numbered claim on the (I removed date) is to be set aside;
2. The Claim be dismissed;
3. There shall be no order as to cost.

            Hi, if anyone could please see my last 2 posts and just give me some pointers what I am missing as I really need your help before I submit the N244 form for this. Thank you0

            I have realised people are not helping me on this thread, tomorrow after work I will post my n244 form as its been over 10 days since excel wrote the letter. I just wanted some pointers to make sure the form is filled our correctly so I do not loose my £108.0
