You have posted a lot for people to have a look at - and the people here do so out of goodwill, and have lives of their own. It also doesn't help that MSE have taken out a good proportion of the regular posters with (probable) 2 week bans.
I can't help, sorry, as I don't have enough knowledge of the court process.Jenni x1 -
Hi Jenni, thanks for informing me on the situation. Yes I know people do it out of goodwill and im very grateful for the kind people on this forum, I really am. Why did MSE ban the regular posters? I dont understand? without posters the forum would not exist.Jenni_D said:You have posted a lot for people to have a look at - and the people here do so out of goodwill, and have lives of their own. All I wanted to ask is if my section in the "box below" on my n244 form is acceptable what I have written inside before I send it off.0

Allegedly ... although I can't think of any post by @Coupon-mad (for one) that contravened anything posted there. 🙄

I see no reason why you should not use the "in the box below" if you consider that what you will/have put in the box is sufficient to explain to the judge. Since it is a set-aside by consent it should be fine. I think you have ticked the wrong box though for "I have attached a draft order" because you want to attach it and is should be a Word document so the judge can amend it and particularly as it is or should be coming from the Claimant. Is that draft order you have posted actually from the claimant?1

Interesting post, thanks for Sharing Jenni, I have made some good friends on this forum and Coupon-mad is a natural treasure and we need more people like Coupon-mad especially in this day when people are unaware of their rights.Jenni_D said:

Hi Le Kirk, thank you so much. Yes I will put more meat on the bones in the "box below" and tick the appropriate box.Le_Kirk said:I see no reason why you should not use the "in the box below" if you consider that what you will/have put in the box is sufficient to explain to the judge. The consent order and receipt of payment from Excel came in a standard word document, I can be edited. I will attach both with my N244 form application.
Yes that draft order is from excel, I copied and pasted it on the forum. Thank you Le Kirk.0 -
Hi Le kirk, this is the word document I have received from Excel, I have removed my name and dates and claim number from the screen shot below. I have to electronically sign this and do I attach this with my N244 form and submit it online then make the £108 payment? Thank you so much for your help.

This is also proof of payment and receipt from excel, do I also attatch this letter with my N244 application and the consent letter above?
I have removed my personal details from the screen shot below.

That document, being from Excel, should do the trick. Not sure you need proof of payment to be attached as, after all Excel would not have agreed to set-aside by consent if you had not paid, then again, it is only one more document and it might help the judge - although I have never seen one attached before.1
