    Sent,

I have sent the N244 form, witness statement document, and the letter from excel to ccbcfees

Its all self explanatory what I want from all 3 documents so lets see what happens, they already have my cheque for £108 so lets wait until I receive any correspondence from them. Thank you coupon-mad, granddad, lekirk jenni Keith and everyone that helped with this.

I will create a new thread for the other ccj from excel which was entered on the same date as this one for the same location back in 2016. I will pay the £275 and ask the court for excel to reimburse me my money. They should have made it into 1 single claim

Yes, that'll do for this one. Hope the Judge agrees to set aside based on that Consent Order but it is a lottery and choosing this 'with consent' route (that you are now stuck in because you paid Excel and signed that Consent) isn't what we advise for your other one.  Not least because you get no hearing this way, and rely on a bored Judge reading and seeing that the law is supporting him/her setting the CCJ aside.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon-mad, yes I agree its in the hand of the judge now. Thanks once again for being helpful and I will keep everyone informed on this case.

Good news, I received an email from CCBC for this case:

Please note the judgment was set aside on the 22/06/22.

This thread can now be closed, thank you to everyone on the forum that helped. Coupon-mad, Jenni, Le-Kirk, Granddad,

Yay- CCJ set aside...was this the one you'd paid off and got a consent order?

Hi Coupon-mad, yes it was, I paid £108 to the court and eventually it was reviewed and set aside. Thank you so much for being a kind person and helping me along with the others on this thread.

The cheek of Excel parking to give me 2 ccjs on the same date in the early part of 2020 when covid happened. Little did I know about it, anyway its done now. (For this particular case anyway)

Hi, just reading through your thread to get some advice for my own case. Just wondered what your final draft order was? I'm in the same position where I paid the judgement hastily but need it set aside - unfortunately I don't have consent though (that's another story). If you wouldn't mind sharing I'd really appreciate it!!

Hi, go to page 7 of this thread, that is my final draft order, I also mentioned Excel stamped 2 ccjs on the same day so they made 2 different cases when it should have been 1 single claim.
