Nothing impolite there, and I can and have advised. I advised you to be honest, because you waste people's time if you withhold the whole story.sukhshant said:

If he is sure no rules have been broken then emailing the CEO of Betfair has been known to have moved thinks along.
Come on...that's a ridiculous way to describe yourself. No one does that naturally or accidentally.sukhshant said:One of my contact had a fully verified Account with Betfair, We had a winning amount of around £ 30,000, they suspended the account. There's little point in seeking people's advice if you're going to be dishonest about the circumstances. Something's obviously suspicious because Betfair are withholding winnings and have suspended "your" account, and you're being deliberately evasive on here.
Thanks
What did you mean by "One of my contact"? Who is this contact, and how are you involved?7 -
Multiple users on the same account is a breach of Ts&Cs, placing bets whilst outside the country is a breach, automated betting is a breach, money laundering or card charge backs are a breach, betting patterns consistent with gambling fraud are a breach. There are multiple reasons why they can deem you in breach, none of them are from legitimate wins.
If they don't want your account as you win too much then they will close your account, but still pay out.
What is the actual reason you have had your account suspended?
Is the person who is the legal account holder the only person who has ever logged in and/or placed bets and have all those bets been placed in accordance with the Ts&Cs?

So, what exactly *did* you mean by "We had a winning amount of around" ?sukhshant said:

If you are using one account as a group of people then that is a breach of the terms of service.
Betfair have an annual turnover of over £2billion, they're not going to arbitrarily "steal" £30k (pocket change to them) without reason.
So, think about what the account holder was doing and *how* they were operating their account. What might they have done that a suspicious person might consider to be weird or dodgy looking.2 -
Is that the Royal 'WE'?1

Everybody in this topic has tried to get accurate information from you in order to be able to provide meaningful advice, that includes Aylesbury_Duck. May I respectfully suggest it is not Aylesbury, or other contributors who need to consider if their actions are helpful or polite.

So as it is not your account. You have no right to contact Betfair. Only the account holder can do that.sukhshant said:One of my contact had a fully verified Account with Betfair, We had a winning amount of around £ 30,000, they suspended the account. I find the wording of this post very strange, in that it does not really make sense, other than raising more questions that any answers.
Especially when compared to your previous posts.Life in the slow lane4 -
This may help you see if there is a reason why they have suspended the account

In particular,Ways Bookmakers Terms Could Be Breached
Inadvertently or not, the following are just some of the ways that you might breach a bookmaker’s terms and, possibly, see them refuse to pay out on a winning bet:
- Most sites allow one customer per address, household or shared IP address
- All sites only allow you to hold one account
- Most free bets include a term prohibiting strategies that guarantee a profit (for example backing under 2.5 goals and over)
- Some sites do not allow Courtsiding

Thanks Matt for the meaningful advice. Well the key holder of the account is my friend and it is sometime used by me as well. So in that case yes account is used by multiple user. Due to the nature of work in regards to our job we travel to different countries, so yes the usage of account will be from other country as well but not by other user. As said, if that is a breach of T&C, I understand as per your clarification. They closed the account with statementMattMattMattUK said:Multiple users on the same account is a breach of Ts&Cs, placing bets whilst outside the country is a breach, automated betting is a breach, money laundering or card charge backs are a breach, betting patterns consistent with gambling fraud are a breach. "Winning have been retained and your deposit have been refunded. The account is closed on business grounds, this mean the company has decided to keep your account closed. This is definite closure and cannot be reconsidered or appealed. If you try to open another account it will automatically be closed" With reference to Clause 7. Suspension or termination in T&C.
My concern is if they have blocked the account, they should refund the winnings as well. What is the possible way to get the winning back.
Thanks0 -
I think that as more than one of the terms and conditions of the account have been breached, any winnings are forfeit.sukhshant said:

ThanksIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales2 -
It looks like you have your decision, they refunded your deposit and that's all you're going to get.
If either of you have been betting from outside the UK then the closure is valid.
For example, even logging into a National Lottery account from outside the UK is not permitted by their Ts and Cs, let alone buying at ticket.
