Benidicta said:Parking fine phone calls texts and letters from D C B L
I parked in a hospital car park November 2022 my husband was taken ill and sadly passed away I parked in a disabled parking as I have a blue badge. In late 2023 I recived a parking fine letter for £170, I appealed and explained why I was at the hospital and the death of my husband,
Due to my own ill health I went to live with my daughter i lost the correspondence from DCBL but to be honest I have very poor health and never gave DCBL an other thought, then in mid 2024 I started getting letters from DCBL threatening court action. But I was in and out of hospital and dealing with these letters was not a priority they were upseting then they stopped.
Now yesterday 14th july 2025 after almost a year the phone calls have started again texts saying to ring them, that they are deciding what to do about my debt
I am 81 year's of age recoverying from a heart attack have on going health problems. This time the texts and phone calls have really upset me as I am not able to cope the same ,any advice would be appreciated.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
