Hi All,
I have read through the WS mentioned about.
Should i keep the Parkingeye and Beavis case still in it?
Or is there another one i should replace it with? thanks

Morning All, just wondering in that WS example there were a couple example cases mentioned in there , should i keep those in?

Yes, if you mean Beavis and Wilkinson (the latter needs the court transcript as an exhibit).

HI All, I am going to be writing my WS this week and will submit it here and looking to send this off latest 7th July well ahead of the 14th July deadline.

I drove past the site today and saw they have removed the camera - probably due to the volume of complaining customers to costa coffee. 

And now they have put up a new sign next to the current signs saying there are spaces which customer can park free for an hour.

Surely this is a good thing i can add this into my witness statement saying this shows the signs were misleading?

A word of caution...

It is probably not a good idea to file and serve your Witness Statement and evidence early.
That gives the Claimant 'extra time' to pick holes in your submission and rebut all your points when compiling their Witness Statement.

You will of course be wanting to do exactly the same... i.e. delay the filing of your Witness Statement in the hope of seeing theirs and being able to challenge all their points.

So for those two reasons, the message is... delay filing and serving your bundle to as late as possible.

So if the WS is due to be sent by the 14th July.

I should send this via the post and email to the Claimant on the 12th?
Do i send it to the court via email too?

HI All, just a quick question and thought.

The letter i have received Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing).
The claimant have until the 14th July to pay the final court fee otherwise the case will get struck out.
If after the 14th July they haven't paid this ... I will contact the court to check.

The hearing date is on the 11 August it says i have to sent my WS no later than 14 Days before this to both the court and claimant.

What date would you recommend i send this?
