great great news to report! Today I won the case.

the legal team for dcd tried their best but the evidence I had helped win the case.

question how can I reclaim my costs?

You had to ask that question in court, at the end. If you didn't ask for your costs you can't ask now.

As a point of interest in relation to what appears to be a non existent contract between the PCC and the Landowner, the fact that the camera used to capture your vehicle details and data from the DVLA has since been removed from the location in question. Is it possible that the PCC in question had obtained vehicle details fraudulently as they did not have permission to have that camera in place?

Just read through this thread! well done for winning! I am in a similar boat now with a court date looming upon me, have no idea what I am doing! I was wondering if you would be kind enough to send the final WS version you did so I can extract the key parts from it?
