HI All, so i rang the court today and they have paid the final fee for it to go to a hearing.

I have to submit my WS statement 14days before the 11 August.

I will upload it here this week for your thoughts.

Interestingly they have now removed the camera and allocated parking to customers.
This will help with my case for sure!

Hi All, quick question as i am writing my WS at the moment.

Do i put in my statement of what happened ...that i parked?
Do i admit this?

There are 3 tickets in total for the same thing on consecutive days

You started this thread at the beginning of last year.
Since then, have you not taken in why it is sometimes not a good idea to give away the driver's identity?

Why do you want to admit to driving?
Why do you not want to write "the driver parked..."?
What did your Defence say about this?

Per Defence filed November 2022:-

" The Defendant entered the road which is located to the right of Costa Coffee and parked their vehicle in question."

Just checking before I write up the WS 

yes in the defense I submitted it was declared I was the driver 

my WS is based around many different signs and road markings all displaying different messages and also that the road markings had to change due to this which helps in my WS.

I am working on the WS stated in a previous post above which I am editing to fit my WS.

Any other pointers would be greatly appreciated

No need for further pointers as long as you are copying & adapting the WS bundle example from @aphex007 and changing anything not relevant to your own case.

Good Morning All,

I have now completed the first draft of my WS.

I used the WS version mentioned in the previous post earlier on.
The main changes i have updated are:

• Sequence of events to fit my case
• Exhibits to fit my case
• Updated the Code of Practise to a recent version which i make reference too
• Added in my costs

Do let me know your comments

I am aiming to send this off next week so can make any changes.
