Perhaps the few bold bits I have corrected would be advisable too.
    Fixed, thank you.

Looks fine except a misspelling of Beavis in the exhibits list.
Corrected that, and also in the Index list. Thank you.

One thing i wasnt sure about was the costs claimed, in my paragraph 13.
Should it be just the PCNs + interest
    or
Total amount which includes the court fee and legal reps fees.

There was also an 'is' instead of 'are' near the start.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I doubt they will discontinue. I have asked the court if Claimant has paid the court fee and they have done so.

Has there been cases where the Claimant has discontinued for a case like mine, mine being the amount claimed is close to £1000.

I have seen others where they have discontinued where costs were around 300£ but never 1000+

You see, unlike say a bank taking you to court for a proven amount, DCBL will have to prove their claim and it does not really matter if it's £300 or £1000 .... only a judge can decide and you can help the judge if it goes that far.

As you know, DCBL add fakes to all their claims. They have laid out all their cards with their claim and this is there problem ... the bigger the claim, the bigger the fakes, the bigger the scam.

You have two ace cards to play. one being ... what is their legal authority to add fakes amounts which government wish to ban and secondly, there is the matter of the robo claim signed as a statement of truth by Yasmin Mia which a judge could say is contempt of court

That is up to you to bring this to the attention of the judge.

Why would DCBL discontinue a £1000 claim?
It never was £1000 and their claim is a fake

Remember, DCBL has played all their cards.

You have two ace cards ready to play

  • So looks like everything is set, i have submitted my WS and received from the claimant.

What is the process like for when I’m in court. How does it work/what are the steps that are taken?

Do i have to have hard copies during the hearing date or can i use my tablet to carry the documents (printing is expensive). If it is a necessity then i will go out and print some copies.

Am i allowed to post the Claimants WS here for review to help me with points that i can use to counter their argument.
I have seen the crib sheet in the newbies thread and I will be putting my points on there.

    Thank you

Yes you can post a redacted copy of the scum bags WS here for comment.

I think you will be advised to have hard copies of your defence, WS etc to take to court along with a copy for the Judge just in case (the courts/powers that be, don't think about the trees or the environmental damage of reproducing pages of waffle very important information regarding a scammers parking invoice, that will end up in the shredder.....  but what can you do?)
