-  suggest you remove the name from your cribsheet title page.
- point 6, change 'indent', to 'intend'.  You don't want a little typo to suddenly throw you as you refer down your list.

Thanks. I couldn't understand what you mean by your first point (removing the name). Could you elaborate.

If you open the details pane at the top right of the screen, it shows the name of who uploaded the file.

Judgment has been found in the claimants favour. I guess i am in the 1% of unsuccessful cases.

The judge found some very valid points in my case however they were not enough to convince Judge that i was not the driver. Judge claimed that if i had not been driving i should have nominated a driver for when pcns came. Judge claimed on the basis that the C were pursuing me as the driver that Judge will find in their favour.

Essentially the Judge was not convinced that i was not the driver based on the evidence provided. And that becuase i am ‘young’ that i should be able to remember who was driving and that 2020 was not so long ago.

Honestly my heart was racing and i was very nervous so that’s that.

Thanks to everyone that helped, it’s been a journey.

Sad news!  Did the judge at least remove the spurious "debt admin fees"?  What did it cost you?

Judge removed the contractual costs. So i have to pay 4x pcns + 2% interest + solicitor & court fees.
