No, i have no knowledge of this information. There is nothing on this letter on how to pay or what to do apart from paying.
I ask for guidance on this forum on how i should be addressing this letter and how to pay.
Do i need to send the amount claimed to the court? If so how?0 -
All we know is that you normally get a CCJ, if not paying in full within 30 days and we've told you that already.
No idea about the implications of this Order.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have not received any correspondence from the solicitors. Should i be contacting them or should i expect to hear from them?
Also When i have paid in full what is the process that needs to be done so that i do not get a CCJ?
