Much like when OPS aggressive and relentlessly pursued a disabled Gulf War veteran who committed the grave atrocity of pulling up ar the rear of a charity shop to pick up a TV had bought!!! How those people sleep at night. I wonder if they lie or gloss over about what they do?!?

I think that they are delusional. They think that their's is a service industry. They don't know the meaning of the word. I worked for some years as a customer service manager for a large company and I would never ever treat people the way that they do. It really opened my eyes when I received a PCN from Excel. They are rude when they are dealing with motorists who have received a PCN. It must take a certain type of person to work for one of these PPC's. That is why posters are told not to telephone them.

I presume this has been escalated way up the chain? - Martin needs to fix this pronto.
