Evening lovelies.

Sitting here with a cup of tea and my knitting while the SW lamb curry is cooking in the oven. It does smell nice and even DH mentioned how nice it smelt. Although we seem to be having a homemade curry every Monday for some reason..lol I'm considering calling Monday curry night now...lol

ASB I'm doing ok thanks, but of a wobbly recently but nothing major. Am spending quite a bit of quality time with my friend that had to be hastily put in temporary housing (think I told you about it in a PM). At the moment I am taking each day as it comes and if I need to have a wobble I won't beat up over it 😉

Oh great the dog wants a cuddle..lol

I have to make a list of the little things that need doing before we get the estate agents to come round - mainly cosmetic stuff but bits that'll make it look inviting and looked after. Nearly getting there with the decluttering. DH is out of the house on Wednesday so I am going into the box room to clear that out (have been putting it off for ages, think avoidance!!)

Nice to see the returnees coming back. Once here you keep coming back...lol

Kaz so glad cat 3 is showing signs of improving being sociable. Give it time, my ninja cat took 4 years before he fully integrated as a lap/cuddle cat. Now can't get rid of the little wotsit, he's everywhere..lol

- drop DS2 to train station
- PT session
- big walk with friend
- clean kitchen surfaces
- clean kitchen table
- dust sideboard 
- wipe down some cupboard fronts
- clean round toaster
- put BM away
- declutter kitchen window sills
- clean window above sink
- clean inside of microwave
- spot clean kitchen floor
- hoover kitchen floor
- dust top of cupboards

Finally here…thank you for the threads, Natty and Valli. Welcome back to all returners.

Everyone has been so productive - allow me to let the side down…

Not a lot done apart from create dinner from the fridge contents (a sort of shakshuka invention), WULTD. A load of towels run through the wm this morning (well, I turned it on, so I am claiming that one, even if I then left the hanging up to DH when he needed a work break).
I did a yoga session this evening, trying to get into a routine, following YL’s example.

Day off tomorrow. DD’s car is going into the garage for a service and MOT, so fingers crossed it is all ok. I have a long walk planned for the morning. I will fly at some point, I promise.

YL - I hope you have heard from your DS by now x

I appear to be ragey today.. Dot has been awful this evening.. She is currently burrowed under a duvet growling and hissing.. She has been offered a hug and I got hissed at so I will leave her a bit and offer again.

Squeak brought washing down so I need to stuff machines and turn them on.

OH has his first calls tomorrow at 10am.. so is getting a shower.. I don't know either, I smile and nod..

I need to do pack ups, print off Squeaks worksheets for tomorrow and get the appliances running.. then I can start an aran cardigan for the grandbeasts.. I wam thinking of doing all 5 matching ones.. I have pink for the one grandpink and blue or cream for the 4 grandboys. Jacob is 13 and way too cool for such silly things.Spamalam loves knitted jumpers, he is a funny one.

EEK.. she is out of bed being vile again.. I think the going out on a Sunday is too much, we may have to leave her home next weekend and let her decompress and regulate herself again.. she hasn't had a slobby day for several weeks.. I hadn't thought that through.. She is hissing at OH.

Hi all 

Thanks for asking about DS2, he eventually got in touch late morning, rather hungover.  I know its silly but although his work would probably try to track him down if he didnt show up I am not sure his housemates would be too worried, they might have assumed he was staying with us.  See, I just overthink these things.

Exercise class done, doggie blankets washed and hung out, waterproofs and rucksacks from yesterday taken off airer and packed away, LR dusted and hoovered inc. sofa, DW emptied and filters washed and kitchen cupboards and tiles sprayed and wiped down.  8.5 hours paid stuff done.  That sounds quite a lot, I think I was fired up by being anxious first thing.

Pigpen keeping everything crossed for the school decision, you really deserve some good news x

I have completed all my list except dealing with the church accounts, but I have done WMx3 of 4, which I hadn't listed, and I  moved the big sofa (to reach a picture) and have hoovered up the dust bunnies from behind it.  It looks strangely bare in the LR..  I must get to bed early tonight so that I am up, dressed and ready for the decorator's arrival at 9.00.

Just remembered that I need to prepare something for the study group tomorrow.  Hopefully it won't take long.

Wow! Everyone has been so productive! And it's only Monday! Very little flying here, school all day and ferrying 8yo to Brownies this evening. Kitchen clean, DW done and all ready for morrow so that will do for today, gw to all x

I laid on her and she seems to be calmer. The other 2 are asleep.

Nail appointment tomorrow.. best double check the time.
