They offered me a 5.81% renewal monthly, after my 2.86% deal expires.

The only rate above 6.1% showing on the MSE tables is an 18month for Tandem at 6.15 and that's annually paid?
There's a few 6-6.05%, but if you take those monthly they'll drop a bit under 6.
To be fair, I've a few bits and pieces with Kent, so it feels easier to consolidate in one place with a near peak of market provider, rather than split across tonnes of randoms that at one point were highest.1 -
