It's been a while since I last logged in, so I was a bit rusty and had forgotten where the checklist was.

I have now submitted copies of the N180, to the court (CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk) and also to DCB Legal (info@dcblegal.co.uk). So I will just wait for a hearing date now. In the meantime i'll start working on the witness statement and putting together any evidence I intend to use.1

Morning Everyone
Another update to keep anyone who is interested up to speed. I've received a letter regarding "Notice of Transfer of Proceedings" so i'm now waiting to hear back with a hearing date I believe.
I plan on starting to get my witness statement and evidence together next, as per the newbies guide. I was just hoping for some clarification on a few of the suggested items that are recommended to present as evidence. To clarify on the parts I understand and the ones I understand less so:
(a) The copy of the 'Beavis' case sign easy to find on Google.
(b) Supporting photos of the car park entrance etc I can arrange.
(c) Supporting video also, if necessary.
(d) N/A as i'm defending as a driver.
(e) I have a copy of my friend's tenancy agreement for the premises which I intend to use.
(f) I can Google search and read up on any case transcripts that might be relevant to me, but open to suggestions.
(g) I'm unfamiliar with IPC/BPA Code of Practice or which sections are of use to me and support my case etc?
(h) N/A as it wasn't Pay & Display in my case.
(i) I've found what I believe to be the correct document on this link: (https://www.supremecourt.uk/cases/uksc-2015-0116.html). So I need to copy and paste paragraphs 98, 193 & 198 from it? I don't want to rely on something I don't understand it's purpose/relevance to me, so how am I using these in my favour come hearing time?
Any guidance on the above would be appreciated. Thanks and apologies in advance for any stupid questions or any obvious oversights i've made.1 -
The best recent example WS bundle to copy the style of, is the one posted by @wobs2kPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

As above but bear in mind if you use Code of Practice details in your WS, UK Parking Control are BPA AoS members so
the BPA CoP relevant version should be used and NOT IPC (which was the indicated posters AoS member)2 -
Good point. No copying every detail verbatim!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Having quickly scanned @wobs2k witness statement, I feel that large portions of it aren't specific or relevant to my particular case and could probably be removed entirely? To save you re-reading my thread, my case is simply based upon not displaying a parking permit and me defending that it wasn't made clear that a permit was required.
I'm trying to avoid relying on too much information in my WS that I don't fully understand the basis or relevance of, should I be questioned on it in the hearing. I was hoping to keep it simple and to the point, so I can have confidence at the hearing if I need to explain or expand on anything i'm relying on.0 -
