“[REFERENCE NUM]
Thank you for your email regarding the above Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
What you need to do now
So I can contact the driver for payment of the amount due, please let me know their name and address. Please let me have these details by 07/02/2022.”
That letter also said that they have put the matter on hold while you send them the driver's details.
Of course you won't be sending them the driver's details, so when that times out they will reject the appeal and issue a PoPLA code.
Expect an appeal rejection letter together with a PoPLA code sometime after 7th February. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

👆☝️ Standard guff. They've just learned (or had a work experience yoof in) to add frames, arrows and multi-colours to try to make it very scary ..... then they use emojis as bullets. 😝. Amateurish in the extreme.

If I thought you owed me money, I could write you a letter telling you so.
That letter would be quite 'legal'. It would also be an attempt at 'recovery'.
The point I am making is that those words 'legal recovery' have absolutely no meaning.
They have only been used to try and terrify you you - and it looks like it may be working.

J D are using PCS as the back office to do the legwork , saving them the trouble
PCS is part of DRP
DRP are incorrectly chasing the alleged debt too early , that their company issued !!
You couldn't make it up !
Total incompetence all round
Nothing to be scared of , nothing to see except whales floundering in the surf ! 🙃🙃🙃🙃
Let us hope that Sara can make these fools see sense

Not sure why you are worried; this is the one you appealed and got no POPLA code for, and the BPA are investigating.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
