And if you already have the make-up stamps in low values - they can be used for the rest of the year or swapped for barcoded equivalents.I need to think of something new here...0 -

If a non-barcoded stamp you have sent to us is no longer available and is eligible for swap out, the postage value of that stamp will be returned to you in 2nd class stamps (we will round-up the replacement barcoded stamps to the nearest whole number of 2nd class stamps).

If the value is over £200 you can use special delivery to send them. I can not see anywhere that tells you if they will use the same service to return the barcoded stamps back to you. If not what happens if they go missing ?0

I can confirm that all the stamps I have been ordering over the past few years from RM have arrived via special delivery.

My stamp sheets arrive by Special Delivery but books or sheets under £50 arrive by 1st class large letter on account. I would assume they have delivery confirmation on the LLs, as soolin has mentioned is possible for business accounts.
Edit for clarity: this is even with order totals above £50 and including stamp sheets, they seem to send different types of products separately.0 -

I'm tempted to start sending my 1p/2p/10p/20p stamps in individually to see how many "rounded up" 2nd class I can get out of them... they did say here is no limit to how many separate swaps you can send in aslong as each one has the relevant form enclosed.2 -
Money_Grabber13579 said:It would seem not from the T&C’s. What you will get is sufficient 2nd class stamps which have a value equivalent to the stamp being swapped (rounded up, if appropriate).
Thanks for finding that. That's a better deal since a £1.70 will be replaced by 3x 2nd for a theoretical profit of 34p (or 19p if you then have to buy a £1.85 to post something or 0p if you just stick the 2nds on it instead.)
Presumably the same for an E NVI which could have been bought for 36p in 2001.I need to think of something new here...0 -
I have sorted my stamps put to send. The value is over £200. I am having a problem with the form where you fill in the number of stamps and the value of each one. I was going to send them off next week when the price of a 1st class regular stamp will be 95p. the form does not have a box for that value, there is one for 90p and 97p. Not sure what to do.0
