How did you find that out. I am a bit concerned if I get it wrong they will reject my claim.

I've got the 'sub £200' form in front of me and it doesn't ask for denominations at all, so there is no option for 1st class. There is on the bulk form though.
I was planning a test batch of around £100 but that address 'Freepost swap out' makes me feel quite nervous!

I have sorted my stamps put to send. The value is over £200. I am having a problem with the form where you fill in the number of stamps and the value of each one. I was going to send them off next week when the price of a 1st class  regular stamp will be 95p. the form does not have a box for that value, there is one for 90p and 97p. Not sure what to do.

    Is the correct answer.
Mine are all packed up ready to post, £263.40 at the new rates plus the SD cost of £6.85.

if there is a denomination box on the sub £200 form then I can't see it, the form I have in front of me shows 'number of stamps enclosed' and 'value of stamps enclosed'.
You need the bulk form to get the denominations and I'm not sure they will accept less than £200 when it specifically says use that one for over £200 worth of stamps

I'm reading it as total value in that box.   So you put e.g. 58 for the number of stamps and 58x 95p = £55.10 for the value.   The value is somewhat irrelevant since you'll just get 58 new ones back.

The standard under £200 just has the big space for you to stick the stamps in; the bulk form has the checklist because you are supposed to sort and bag the stamps for them.

I bet they haven't even considered whether someone would want to send £193.56 but use the bulk form.  Is it "Over £200 - then you must use this form" or "Only use this form for £200"    There's gonna be someone out there who's got £150 of 1p, 2p and 20p to swap.

I'm only sending about £20 worth all in booklets so it should be straightforward for me.

I need to think of something new here...

The poster stated they had in excess of £200 so the quantity and denomination is needed and the form provides for 1c, 2c, 1c LL & 2c LL, fairly clear what they are for, they are not "95p" stamps so no provision is made for that.  For sub £200 a simple calculation of the value of the stated quantity of stamps is all that is needed.

It's me being stupid, I saw the post and recognise it says 'over £200 woth of stamps' then because I actually have the sub £200 form here on my desk my brain just decided to ignore the actual information and go off piste!

Rather than print the form - I filled in the online page to request one.  It arrived next day with a pre-printed Freepost envelope so I'll be sorting that out tomorrow.
