How’s is below the belt laughable really you did say she could expect court sooner
and then your “wooah that is so wrong your looking to take on pain in the future”
Uncalled for I’d say especially as this is worrying without your wooah comment
just don’t comment please0 -

just don’t comment pleaseAs one of the very few regular contributors to this forum, there are literally dozens of new cases to deal with each and every day that need assistance, I'll use any spare time with them. Actually, if you check back, you've had more input from me on your case than from any other regular.Be careful how many babies you throw out with the bath water, there aren't that many of us - now one fewer here! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Look @marleybhoy you have a number of people on here trying to advise you. They are volunteers and give time and advice free. Coupon-mad and Umkomass do so much to help. Just read back in your own posts to see when you actually revealed the Scottish angle.

yes I have read these posts over and over and still don’t know what to do
does she wait for solicitors letters, does she ignore altogether
mentions can affect getting mortgages etc which she is trying to get at the end of the year

ok. Last point first. Mortgage/credit will not be affected in any way . The only way that can happen is if you are taken to Court AND lose AND fail to pay as ordered. At least, that is the way in England. As explained, Scotland is different in some ways so do a double check but I suspect it will be similar in that regard.
If so, I myself would ignore anything that is a debt collector attempt to intimidate letter but watch out carefully for any official Court document.
Also, have you told anyone who the driver was as keeper liability cannot yet be used in ScotlandThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.1 -
Hi she hasn’t even acknowledged one letter, she has kept them all
and she hasn’t told anyone who driver was
i just don’t want her to ignore these letters and then in a few weeks get court letters
can trace get a Scottish solicitor to send letters to her0 -
I’m trying to upload photo of last letter she got but it’s saying 9 character too short?0

If The Keeper lives in Scotland, but the PPC and their agents do not have the keeper's correct address, then the very first thing they should do is send a rectification notice to the DPO of the PPC, instructing them to erase their old data and replacing it with their current address for service.
I believe Umkomaas helpfully asked you yesterday if that had been done.
