Euro parking services fine for not parking in a bay

Hi can someone please help me I have been given a fine for not parking in a bay at a Tesco euro parking services car park. I was having a bad day found out auntie was dying and just quickly parked without thinking. I’ve now been sent a £100 five which I can’t afford to pay I’m drowning in debt as it is. Is there anything I can do?

Yes, read the first post of the NEWBIES thread.Ty667 said:Is there anything I can do?
Send the blue text template appeal easily found there.
Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations needed.
Send it as the keeper.1 -
Thanks Keith 😊. Also they have sent me pictures of my car being out of the bay and also there is a sign in the car park which I have seen today but was not aware it was there until this happened:
Am I sending the below:
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
If the allegation concerns a PDT machine, the data supplied in response to this appeal must include the record of payments made - showing partial VRNs - and an explanation of the reason for the PCN, because your Notice does not explain it.
If the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.

Also is the above an appeal I email over?0

Yes but you don't email it (unless the PCN allows appeal by email) and only send it on day 26 of course, if this was a windscreen PCN?
You really need to slow down and read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST and not just grab the template appeal from it, too fast, without understanding what to do when and that they WILL reject it.
Was this a windscreen PCN or one sent by post?
If the latter, was it based on ANPR/CCTV images taken at a height, or what looks like photos from someone's phone, taken at ground level on foot?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks everyone. It’s a letter and the pictures are taken from the cctv above. I have read the post and have been left a little unsure as my situation seems different to others.0
