Write to your MP, not to the ex-clamper muppets.

    Thank you I have today
  • Hi I received a parking fine from Euro car parks when I got back from my holiday. The deadline for paying £60 was the day I returned so payed it and thought I would appeal the following day. Apparently if you pay you are accepting liability and I can no longer appeal. I paid as I didn't want it to jump to £100. I have been told I can appeal or pay. Not both. The small print also says if I don't pay and appeal I would be liable for the full amount. Can I still appeal even if I've paid?

Nope you have unfortunately thrown your money away.  You can't get it back now, sadly.

It is a scam PCN (not a fine) and you don't pay these, all the time that the rogue parking industry remain unregulated.

No-one here pays Euro Car Parks.  We wish you'd checked here first.
