  • How long do Santander typically take to pay out?
I have met all the criteria and I'm currently paying out 2 DD a month.
My switch completed on the 11th Feb
From the link in the OP:

"When will I get my cashback payment?

We’ll check if you’re eligible for the cashback offer 60 days after you first told us to switch your account. We’ll then pay £140 cashback into your qualifying account within the next 30 days. You can expect payment around 90 days after you told us to switch your account, as long as you’ve met the eligibility criteria. "

From memory*, with the previous offer the cashback was actually received fairly quickly after the check, but that's not to say that's how it will work this time.

    * there's a separate thread for the previous offer on the forum somewhere, which included peoples confirmation of timelines/payouts, if you wanted to look in to it more

See the links below. It will be about 90 days after you requested the switch.

Will anyone who chanced a second incentive with another switch please report back -

It'll be good to know how robust/thorough is the Santander system for the next incentive offering

Has anyone received an email from Santander around the switching incentive  saying “your nearly there” And then says to qualify… and then lists all the qualifying criteria?

I’ve just received it, I have met all the qualifying criteria listed, but the email is a bit ambiguous. And I’m not sure if it’s just a general reminder sent to everyone of what you need to do to qualify, or whether it’s suggesting that I need to do something to qualify (although I have done everything)

I have not received any emails about the switching incentive and my switch completed on 17th March.

When was (is) your switching completion date?

Apologies for being dim  - may I get clarification here.
Is it average 55 from their  e-mail beginning with

    Dear E_zroda,
Thank you for choosing to switch your current account to Santander.

or is it avg  55 days from the one stating

    Dear E+zroda,
    Your switch is complete

    Thank you!

Update- I have received the switching incentive today, so the email must have been a general reminder.
