It's in September - ELMs Legal
In their WS they even stated they may not show up....2 -
Hi all
Just to update - I had the hearing yesterday and I won.
This was based on me fully paying to park in the Siddals Road carpark (although the wrong one), and due to the signage not being illuminated in the dark.
That said, it did feel like it was by the skin of my teeth!
Interestingly, I mentioned there not being a landowner agreement and the judge wasn't bothered (despite their being another claim by Excel Parking Services regarding the exact same Siddals Road carpark, where another judge stated EPS couldn't make a claim without this).
Seems to be down to the judge on the day!
The most unbelievable part is ELMS Legal have already processed my £125 expenses payment within 24 hours!6 -

Sounds like the judge didn't make it easy for you. Did a rep turn up for Excel?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes they did, but neither of us knew much as the claim was nearly six years old and the Rep had never been to the car park3
