But it’s in a car park owned by them and I didn’t pay for a ticket from the machine it used to be part of this other type of land but now it’s a new car park. How can I argue that?

The keeper should send the blue text template appeal easily found in the first post of the NEWBIES thread.

Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations needed.

Send it as the keeper.

By reading the NEWBIES thread and quite possibly realising the NTK may well be non POFA, for a start.  As explained in full there, that's why it's an Announcement thread in capitals at the top of this board, begging everyone to please read it first.

A parking ticket from NCP is not a council parking ticket.
