Incorrect parking ticket

Hey, I am here for some help. I recently had a parking ticket by NCP I always park in this car park belonging to them but I avoid paying by parking in an area I believed didn’t belong to them separated by a yellow box, I have always parked there for 11 years I believe but I parked there one night and it was pitch place the camera there he me. I have a picture and the parking charge today the picture is of the back of my car and my number plate but it’s pitch black. And can’t see where I’m the car park I actually parked. I got pictures as well of the area I parked. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

Use the blue text template and appeal it , assuming that you don't intend to pay it

Afraid I do not understand the above; can you clarify please.  Also why do you park in a car park without paying or having a permit?

Help I recieved my parking charge notice on the 17th of jan 2022 I tried paying today within 14 days and it’s coming up as 85 pound already instead of 50 is this incorrect and how do I battle it?

If you received the PCN on 17th January, then it must have been issued on 13th or 14th January. 

But surely you came here with the idea of paying nothing rather than accepting their bribe?

Just wait patiently for their response to the appeal that you sent.

You did send the appeal that @Redx suggested over a week ago, didn't you?

No appeal I lm a simple man good sir I can’t appeal I’m just a little guy. I rather jsut pay the 50 and be done with it I think I am at fault anyway. I have accepted that but unhappy with the additional 35 pound. They sent notice on the 13th of jan according to letter.

What did it say on the NTK/PCN about paying and for how long would they hold open the £35 bribe for early payment?

If you pay, according to one MP in the HoC recenetly you money could br used by criminals to fund people smuggling and modern slavery.  It is a scam, do not pay unless a judge tells you too.  yt
