I’m gonna pay sorry but for people going on this site first time it’s just information overload. I have no issue with any of you tho your all doing a great service but it’s out of my level of intelligence to achieve in this and it’s sad to say but I’m just not up to the challenge. Fair well bro.

It isn't above your level of intelligence at all, stop doubting yourself.
It is difficult for 99% of people that come here asking for help and advise.  

Please take a little time out to read and read and read. Go over it many times, it will get easier to understand.

You will get help with anything you are not sure of, just take your time.

That's why then , a phone is no good for full internet access

Use a laptop , desktop or iPad or similar

As others have written, it is likely that being on a phone is the issue but the announcements are the first FIVE threads in the parking forum and the word announcement is ringed in RED.  If you can see the announcements click on the NEWBIES!! Private Parking Tickets Old or New ......... please read these first and scroll right to the top of it and then gradually scroll down until you come to some text written in BLUE.  I generally use my PC to view and contribute but on my phone I can at least see the announcements on my phone and I can also scroll down and see the blue text starting "I dispute your parking charge......"

I use my phone here a fair bit (only OK for those familiar with forums and it does cause typos - fat fingers!)

You can certainly see the Announcements and my signature tells everyone where to click at the top of the page.

I am on my phone now and the breadcrumb trail is there at the top just as my signature below describes.
