Please join us in stopping the bullying and greed of an out of control industry, that cannot believe people are standing up to call out the extortion, and has people propping it up who actually believe they can bully Government as well as individual consumers.
They want £100 and the false added £70 written into law.
If that happens, we may as well all give up, as there is no point in the Code at all. In fact the regulation will hand them more kudos and power, so it must be robust and the levels not extortionate.

Court date was 2 weeks ago, I sent in all my evidence apart from the video recording as the court didn't accept this by email (they told me to bring the recoding via USB to the hearing). However I did not attend the hearing (I gave 7 days notice) as I had other more important matters to deal with.
I was fully expecting to lose the case and pay the fine, as a result of not attending and few other issues with both sets of evidence which I thought could've been problematic for me. I just didn't want a ccj.
However, Ive just received a letter back from court
'General form of judgment order'
Stating
"It is ordered that -
1. claim dismmissed
2. Permission to appeal by claimant dismissed."
Thank you all so much. I can send my evidence document and witness statement here if someone can advise me how. For others to use.
Thanks 👍
