County Court Claim Liverpool John Lennon Aiprort

Hi all,
Court date was 2 weeks ago, I sent in all my evidence apart from the video recording as the court didn't accept this by email (they told me to bring the recoding via USB to the hearing). However I did not attend the hearing (I gave 7 days notice) as I had other more important matters to deal with.
I was fully expecting to lose the case and pay the fine, as a result of not attending and few other issues with both sets of evidence which I thought could've been problematic for me. I just didn't want a ccj.
However, Ive just received a letter back from court
'General form of judgment order'
Stating
"It is ordered that -
1. claim dismmissed
2. Permission to appeal by claimant dismissed."
Thank you all so much. I can send my evidence document and witness statement here if someone can advise me how. For others to use.
Thanks 👍8 -
Woohoo! Which court did that without you needing to attend?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Congratulations!I recently received the date for my court hearing but I am unable to attend. Did you simply email the court with notice that you could not attend? Not getting my hopes up for my case though.0

Well Done@JohnnyLenny; I turned also turned around in the Wynne gateway and had to give way to a passing vehicle; fortunately this is pictured in the images provided by VCS. I am thinking that a reference to your case might help me, but slightly worried that a judge might not like another judge deciding his case? Nevertheless, if you could post the actual court date and claim reference I will add to the witness statement which I have just posted on the forum.JohnnyLenny said:Hi all,

Wow and (as has been said) Woohoo! A win on papers, very rare. Your case (papers) must have been very well presented. Load off your mind.2

What a great result 👏 well done 👏. You clearly put the work in, did your research and investigation and was able to bury this spurious tosh with your WS alone! Another VCS JLA one bites the dust!4

was thinking of changing my name to Eric Brockovich. I put a lot of effort in but all only achieved with the help of this forum.Le_Kirk said:Wow and (as has been said) Woohoo! A win on papers, very rare. Your case (papers) must have been very well presented. Load off your mind.2 -
