I'm ready to send the statement and evidence. It needs to be sent today. Does anyone know the correct emails to send to Liverpool Crown Court and VCS. There's nothing on the hearing allocation form

Are the county court and crown court co-located?  It's the county court you need to email. Is the email address not showing on their website?

I think VCS state they only accept service of documents via post. So make sure you get a free certificate of posting from your PO counter.

Have VCS made any email contact with you?  If so, there should be an email address there.

You can use the court finder to determine e-mail addresses of the courts and tribunals: -

Vital to get Proof of Posting- I've just read another claim for the same site on the "Consumer Action Group" website where VCS claimed never to have received the Defendant's WS, (not for the first time!), and the court hearing was adjourned.

I recall them stating this but I can't post them some of the attached evidence e.g video recording. So I thought I could email. I will post today recorded delivery, obviously won't be sending the evidence.

DO NOT use recorded delivery* (which doesn't actually exist as a service - not by that name anyway). Simply get a certificate of posting at the post office. Or just email it anyway - their litigation@ address seems set up for just that purpose. :)

    * If they decline to receive the package then the only proof you'd have is that it was NOT delivered.

How do you propose letting the court have your video recording?

Video evidence must be presented b durable medium (can't be altered) so a USB stick, not just a link to Youtube.
