My friend, you are cracking me up here 🤣. You have everyone on board (pun so intended!) with your alternative universe that I have an inane grin on my face every time I read the next instalment of our flower bedecked, egg toting funbus!

DD safely delivered back to uni. The house is so quiet ☹️. My fridge is, however, now so much easier to see into, and I think that there may even be a few inches of freezer space. All the various half boxes of her teas and coffee have been put away. I can even see some of the fridge top in the utility room, where I have sorted out various packets that DH and I will be eating for our lunches this week.  In fact I might go and play freezer tetris now and then write a meal plan.

Been marking assessments.  And washing, and drying and ironing.  

Been to Mr M's as I needed onions (for DD was out so out came the liver...liver and onions yum yum)  and a portion for another day.  I also bought more marmalade oranges and a dozen fancy bread rolls for 40p
