Abstract talks - about needs and wants - must be so difficult, they've suddenly become refugees, and they're speaking about it all in a foreign language that has a different alphabet. No matter how long they've studied English, it's going to be stressful. Can you clarify with them, or is it going to be more helpful to let it lie now?
