Here is a list of the BPA Approved Operators.
And for completeness, here is a list of the IPC Accredited Operators.2 -
G24 are clearly stating that they are BPA Accredited, is this another matter I can incorporate into appeal - or should it just be drawn to BPAs attention?KeithP said:

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

As the BPA don't use the phrase 'Accredited Operator', using 'Approved Operator' instead, I don't think they will be at all interested.1 -
I’m sorry I’ve given that impression, buts it’s about as far from being the way things are as you can get. I REALLY appreciate the advice and support you guys have provided; TBH, (not surprising you you, I’m sure) I had no idea at all what a complex issue this is; and this has left me very confused, hence the daft questions. Thanks for your advice thus far.Umkomaas said:1 -

@Umkomaas already explained the difference in the logos, as does the NEWBIES thread first post.
They are corporate BPA members. They are not wrong. Loads of IPC AOS firms happen to also have BPA membership.
POPLA is not available.
Do the kangaroo court (IAS)!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Another question, I hope not another rabbit hole, in adjudicating appeals, do the IAS have to be satisfied beyond reasonable doubt? earlsdonUK0

They do whatever they want to do - 96% of appeals fail. Yeah, right, beyond reasonable doubt!EarlsdonUK said:Another question, I hope not another rabbit hole, in adjudicating appeals, do the IAS have to be satisfied beyond reasonable doubt? earlsdonUKPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum.
