I’m going to check shortly, I’ve avoided naming the PPC or adding any images. What’s your view about doing so? earlsdonUK0

Well every other poster does, and with 8.4million tickets issued each year, I'm sure 'your' PPC isn't glued to the internet just waiting for their name to appear - it's likely to be doing so with alarming regularity. If we thought it would put you in any disadvantaged position, we wouldn't be asking you.EarlsdonUK said:I’m going to check shortly, I’ve avoided naming the PPC or adding any images. Playing MI5 doesn't really help anyone.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Fair enough, just being over cautious.Umkomaas said:

PPC = G24
Entrance Sign (see pic) “Authorised Parking Only, Charges apply, See Notices…”
Other pics…
- Sat Nav, car in same position, indicating it’s on Halifax Close
- Google ‘Street view’ indicating the same
- Aerial View indicating same again

Throw all that at IAS appeal but in particular, no grace period to read signs.
This is immediate and predatory ticketing by some local chancer after a £15 per PCN bounty and can't be upheld, albeit I don't put it past the IAS to try hard for their beloved fee paying mates.!

Thanks again CM, I’m so sorry but I’m a bit confused (a normal state for me!) You refer to IAS but can’t I appeal to POPLA, if so, are they bias too?Coupon-mad said:Throw all that at IAS appeal but in particular, no grace period to read signs.

They are but they’re also accredited by the BPA, I’m guessing you’re going to tell me to shut up and go away!Coupon-mad said:Obviously not if it's G24, which I thought it was? IPC member.0 -
The NEWBIES FAQ Announcement outlines the difference between the different levels of membership - rectangular box around the logo, irrelevant to the processing of and response to PCNs. Roundel encircling the logo, the business end!
