Lovely flowers.
Clone spreadsheet adjustment - increase price slightly and send clones out with a bouquet as gorgeous. Think will be a winner if we are all surprised by clone turning up with flowers
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!3 -
You don’t think that could be potentially misinterpreted …? 😉😂Watty1 said:Lovely flowers.

Felt like I was working through treacle today - so tired. My quality engineer was the same, we’ve both found the week hard. Maybe the clock change?
Mr KK was home before I was today! I think he was all revved up for the firewood delivery. We had about two tonnes delivered! I helped move about 2/3rds of it and then bailed to have a shower as I have to let my hair air-dry or I look like a fluff ball! Pretty shattered now! 😉
In the midst of the firewood moving, a huuuuge, very blue, tractor rolled up outside our gate. This was the chap who cuts all the local hedges for residents. We had a light debate about whether we paid last year or not and eventually all agreed that we hadn’t, so I handed over £40 cash which is pretty good for two years worth of hedge cutting and hasn’t increased in the six years we’ve lived here! 😊
Mr KK also rescued some frogs today. He’s working in an old garage atm which has an inspection pit. In the bottom of the inspection pit were three frogs (a mummy, a daddy and a baby frog apparently 🤷♀️😂❤️). He couldn’t bear to leave them there, so he scooped them up and brought them home in a bucket and showed them our pond to allow them to choose where to set up home. I know technically he shouldn’t have done this due to the risk of transplanting disease, but he couldn’t see any food in the inspection pit for them, so home they came … 🤷♀️😊
Right, I must away, dry the roots of my hair, pull on some vaguely respectable clothes and draw my face on, ready for being dined 😊❤️

Amphibians of various types seem to do quite well here. We have frogs, toads (though they live here, they never spawn here 🤷♀️) and newts 😊skint_spice said:I hope the frog family settle in well 💗

We had all these in our second but last house. I made a bucket pond for wildlife as a bit of a lockdown experiment with the kids and didn't expect much to come from it (was literally a huge bucket about 60cm or so across and a couple of ft deep) but we had frogs, toads, newts and dragonflies all in the first summer 🤩 and we got tadpoles too, the kids were so excited! I want to do the same here too as I realised they don't need a massive home, some are happy with a flat (bucket) instead of the mansion (lake) 🤣.KajiKita said:
