    Wowers that edge looks fab. I love how a crisp edge completly changes a boarder. 😍😍
    DH cuts the grass here but never does the edges, so unless I follow on behind the edges rarely get done!

    It looks great, and am now wanting to try this!
    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    As at 17.04.26:
    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £216,847
    - OPs to mortgage = £18,925 Estd. interest saved = £9,670 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 31 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 7th May. 
    Produce tracker: £108 of £400 in 2026

    Both really helpful, yours and the RHS.  If next weekend is dry, and, there is nothing more immediate to do I will be having a go :)

    Glad I could help 😊 I know the RHS site says not to do it when the ground is wet, but to me it’s a do any time job. But I am on very free draining soil here 😊
