    - OPs to mortgage = Β£12,345 Estd. interest saved = Β£5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    As an aside, Chloe-bean became very interested and interactive when Mr KK was trying to work on his model, touching things, looking a lot, jumping on the table (usually banned by us), even knocking stuff off the table - MOST unusual for her! 😊
