For regular readers, the crazy company is the drama that keeps evolving ….
The old site manager, my old boss who got rid of me, left in July as planned and another member of the management team took over the role. 

The new site manager quit last Thursday, without any warning! He said goodbye to his previous teams and just walked …
I messaged new (ex)site manager this evening as I really rated him and we got on really well, to offer support and a reference if needed. He’s replied saying that he left because of appalling behaviour by someone in leadership above where he could influence and he’s going to another job - no real surprise, he’s a real talent. 

Apparently the ex-ex site manager who left in July will be coming back to babysit the site until they can find someone else to take on the role …
I genuinely don’t know that you could make this up! 🙄😂😂😂😂😂
So very glad not to be in this mess any more and somewhere that I can actually do a job I can take pride in and doesn’t leave me half dead with exhaustion any more ….

Dodged a bullet there @KajiKita.  Old company is plainly beyond toxic.  I'm sending out for popcorn as confidently predict that a whole array of incompetence and dastardly (at best) deeds are just biding their time to come out!  Also agree that the parents, not you, are the problem.   Please remember how fab you are love Humdinger xx

Another long day. Went into work first thing and dealt with a few fairly important things for an hour, then got on the M5 (AGAIN! 😳) to go to head office in south Birmingham for a day’s key person safety training. I was the most qualified person in the room apart from the trainer (ex HSE enforcement officer) but I am a bit rusty so it was good to go back over things. A good day and I have two and half pages of questions, actions and things to check … Extra thirty minutes to get home and I cooked. 

Mr KK and I have had a disagreement this evening (unusual for us). As you know he is laying a path around the house. He wants to completely clear and lay slabs in a section of the garden which is very hidden between the potting shed on the side and the veranda at the back. I’m getting a bit fed up with this and don’t want this in the area because:
- I don’t want every area absolutely slabbed - we don’t live in his boss’s mansion, we live in a muddley cottage and it’s starting to feel like we have a motorway around the house …
- It would mean buying more slabs which will cost quite a bit 
- It would mean emptying and moving the water butts out - this can be done - I just can’t face the disruption 
- That area is overrun with three cornered leek which I do NOT want cross contaminating anywhere else in the garden … This can be overcome of course - we’d have to bag up any spoil and remove it. 

Mr KK has a habit of, I think, ‘over doing’ jobs and this is becoming one of those. Enough! 

He’s gone out to the garage and is avoiding me … <sigh> This won’t be the end of the conversation I know …
