I need to do some pilates (aka rolling around on the floor) as I'm very creaky too. I moved 400l of compost yesterday and am about to go and buy (and move) another 400l. Maybe I should mobilise first!

All this gardening sounds exhausting - could you add a few gentle stretches after each session?

Chloe's colouring is amazing and she is clearly sleeping/healing..

    DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.
