I need to do some pilates (aka rolling around on the floor) as I'm very creaky too. I moved 400l of compost yesterday and am about to go and buy (and move) another 400l. Maybe I should mobilise first!2

All this gardening sounds exhausting - could you add a few gentle stretches after each session?
Chloe's colouring is amazing and she is clearly sleeping/healing..
DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

@ladybird1106, @debtfreewannabe321, @skint_spice, @greenbee - I am smiling at imagining our entire cohort rolling around in the floor! 😉😂
Tbh, @LadyWithAPlan, I usually do but I have just done too much work, for too long without rest days and my body is now resisting me 🤷♀️😊
@beanielou, she has been very, very quiet today. Didn’t eat any breakfast, went back to Mr KK’s bed and stayed there all day. She’s had a bite of tea this evening, so I think she’s okay, just in a healing dip iyswim.- P3tplan admin fee paid to the vet 👏
- P3tPlan texted me to say they had received my claim and that they would respond within 7 days 🤞🤞
- Did rolling around on the floor - hips and lower back are very, very tight. Will do another session this evening.
- Lots of back and forth on LI messenging to an ex colleague who’s realising that he’s come to the end of the road in his relationship but is being gaslit by his girlfriend and needed some sense and self belief talked into him. Both achieved.- Goodly chunk of tapestry on the new section done 😊
- Longstanding task in the conservatory tackled - looks loads better. Well chuffed with this. If it works as I plan I will share before and after pics … 😉- Went into (new) work instead of doing a teams call this afternoon. There’s LOADS to do!- Then went into mini shopping complex next to (new) work and treated myself to two new tops and a nice pale blue jacket (like a denim jacket shape, but a pale powder blue and in a smooth stretch fabric) and two new fleeces for work as mine are falling apart or wearing out and I couldn’t bear it any more!

Woke this morning feeling exhausted and very blue ….
Mr KK was asking for my plans this morning and I just didn’t want to have any … him asking felt like pressure.I have stripped my bed and got that and some other bits in the WM and then started on some yoga. That’s when it clicked that I am just processing ’stuff’ - that made me feel a whole lot better and breakfast helped as well 😊
Speaking of breakfast, Madam Chloe has eaten well this morning, both kibble and wet food, and is now reclining on Mr KK’s bed! 🙄😂😉❤️
P3tPlan have been in touch twice this morning. Firstly to say they are giving me a refund of £61.30 because George died last December (stupidly that made me cry a little) and secondly to confirm that they sending me a cheque for £1709.61 for Chloe’s claim. The cheque aspect is a PITA as I would have preferred a payment straight to my bank or CC but at least they *are* paying it and as it is likely to be a printed cheque it should be possible to deposit it electronically 🤞
I notice that Chloe-bean is nearly out of fishy wet food and she is getting fussy enough that she won’t eat meat variants, so I’d better get that ordered as well as book her an appointment at the vets for a check up on Saturday morning …. Remind me when I used to do stuff for myself …?! 😂😉KKAs at 15.07.25:
