Thinking of you today - sending positive vibes (and well done on ticking off another milestone)Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!1 -
Positive thoughts for this avo and very well done on the mortgage front 🎈🎉1

Well done for being out the £240s forever !Parents and their expectations can be so difficult as it’s always coloured by their past - but meanness is never a good thing
sending you positive vibes for the interview - hope it’s something that looks like it works for youDON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Thankyou @brie, @beanielou, @Humdinger1, @CCW007, @f0xh0les (I think we own c.70 of the value of the house now .... ), @Cheery_Daff, @Brewerspride, @SandyShores (I have the world cup song going in my head now!
), @skint_spice, @savingholmes, @Watty1, @teapot2, @LadyWithAPlan (yup, that's the £240s banished for ever!!
)
There is nowhere else where I know people would 'get' this. Even when I told Mr KK he just kind of shrugged - I think F0xh0les is right and its not until it gets to a tangibly low number that he will really feel like we are really making progress ...
Thank you for the good wishes for the interview@redofromstart, @debtfreewannabe321, @Viking_mfw, @greenbee, @Four_Seasons, @Brewerspride, @Twolabsandacat and everyone else tagged above
It's going to be strange going to an interview straight after a work day as I have never done that before. I will have to make sure I thoroughly mentally disconnect and refocus again.
I will report back ....
