WOW!  I wonder if I should get some of those capsules......I've been told that the stuff I'm on for neuralgia is addictive and so have been trying to wean myself off and waiting to see if I get any of the horrible pain back.  Might try the Holland's shop or one of the other "green" shops.

Oh, I didn’t realise you had it too. So many sympathies. It’s absolutely grim!

  • Relieved for you the grimness has subsided. Don't go straight back into doing too much exercise or activity, being ill is only the first half of your body being knocked for six, you have to allow it the second half of recovery and getting its affairs in order after the extra workload too!

Chaga, not sure if you can get them on Amazon? Haven’t looked.

You are right, but for the sake of my mental health I really need some outside time today …. The forecast tomorrow is dreadful so that will mainly be a sofa day 😊😉

Sympathies @brie    Maybe see if there is a health food store near you for advice?  The independent ones often have trained staff which H&B often do not so the initial advice might be helpful as, after research,  I found different mushrooms do different things (in the body that is)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
