Got a chore done before I left for work today - swept the kitchen floor and the stairs 😊 Hoping to make this a new habit.
Work was okay - bit slow and mildly boring, but it passed the time. 😉 The journey to it was a bit dicey with a lot of deep standing water …!
Got out for a walk at lunchtime and found a path across the fields to the nearby viaduct. I started walking down to it with a new starter in R&D, having a chat as we did so. Overall hit 11K steps today - pleased with that.Quiet evening just pootling quietly through life … 😊❤️

10 minute chore this morning was to get window cleaning spray and kitchen tissue on the outside of the shower cubicle! Been meaning to do that for ages. 😊
Not quite sure what I will do with tomorrow’s 15 minutes, but I will try making a start in the office - it can’t be any worse even if I have to leave a task half done in there! 😉😂
Work. Oh my word … so many part numbers! My head is spinning! I was very glad to finish work today! 😂
Overall, with all the walking backwards and forwards, and again, and again … etc between the office and production and a good walk at lunchtime, I have got 13.4K steps in! 👏😊🤩 The even better news is, compared to a year ago, I feel tired but not absolutely drained. I think I am slowly regaining a bit of fitness. 😊 Managed to restrain the junk this evening too 😊
Mr KK cooked dinner tonight - this was already planned as it would have meant me dealing with a chop (bit visceral for me) which allowed me the time to push STUFF to one side in the office (see above 😉) and make space for my new laptop for my tame computer guru to work on - he’s still up there beavering away on it, finally! 😊
Apparently there is a new series of digging 4 Britain on at 9pm too. What a good day 😊

Not sure if I will manage that many today, but I’m at the same site today and the weather is good, so I should manage a walk at lunchtime 😊

I just want to hibernate.11.2K steps today. I won’t get nearly as much done tomorrow as I will be on a different site where there’s nowhere to walk to. A rest day might not be a bad thing though as the muscle on my right shin is hurting.
Busy morning in work but the afternoon dragged.I did manage 10 minutes of tidying in the office this morning. It didn’t make a huge difference but I cleared c. 10 items and started reviewing my noticeboard to clear down to make space for a new vision board 😊
Refund for the returned Christmas slippers should be in my big river account shortly apparently. I will then try and reorder again! My winter honeysuckle plant turned up today. It’s teeny-tiny! I think I will have to grow it on for a while before planting it out as it will be swamped in my garden! 😉😂
