Oh that poor moggy! How dare you pamper them so hard! 😂 Might explain why 'it's a dog's life' but ' the cat's pyjamas'.
And you take that satisfaction and giggle away to your heart's content.

greenbee said:LI data is generally wrong - that's the number of people who click through to look at the link. We generally find that a high percentage of those don't actually apply! Given you said they had to add to the JD based on what you actually did, the chances are most people aren't prepared to take on what you were doing. So maybe a. give yourself credit for being so capable, and b. think carefully about the scope of the next job.KKAs at 15.07.25:

Maybe because it is no longer a one person job, and when it is written down, everyone can see that.
When DH left one of his jobs (after 10 years) they had to hire three people to replace him.

Yes, cue the maniacal laughter @KajiKita. Word may also have got out about the company's toxic culture. Loving the cat and curtains. Cats were worshipped in ancient Egypt and they've never really got over it. You are, as ever, fab love Humdinger xx2

I am QUITE certain that Chloe believes that she should be worshipped as a goddess! 😉😂❤️ George otoh, just expects unquestioning obedience to his wishes … 😂😂
Thank you for the compliment <blush, shuffle> 😊
Had a good start to the day here:
- Bed linen changed and washing out on the line. Must remember to bring it back in before I go out this afternoon or the late day dew will undo all the good work of putting it out there! 😉😊
- Made the mushroom ‘pate’ (though it reads more like a loaf) in 🌹Elliott’s bean fe@st cookbook that someone on here recommended. I got a bit confused with the instructions and mixed the fried off mushrooms and onions in as I had chopped them rather than as blitzed in the food processor but it looks and smells good 😊 Going to try some for breakfast.- Had responses to two applications I pitched at from CV Libr@ry first thing this morning so at least they will be looked at.
- Booked an eye test for 31st October - it’s a smidge overdue as I don’t think I have had one since before Covid …. Ahem ….
- Looked up where the nearest job centre is. It’s based in our local library so I think I will sign on as getting JSA will be useful and it will cover my NI stamp.Heading out to tai chi this afternoon for the first time in a very long time. Bit nervous but also looking forward to it 🤞😊

My P45 along with my last pay slip has just turned up (monies should hit my account midnight tonight). It looks about the right value and if I was careful would last me six months so with what I have in my own savings I am covered for 9 months.Tomorrow will therefore include paying off my CC, a review of what to hold where (there is some spare cash in my current account) - I will probably leave cover for a month in my account and shuffle the rest off to my easy access, reasonable interest account. Once I get a job and know what’s left after my first pay packet I can then decide what to lock away in my ISA, pension or an OP.That’s that then …. 🤷♀️KKAs at 15.07.25:

I have a first stage interview tomorrow with a recruiter for an interesting looking role that needs ‘cultural change’ in a completely new industry …. 🤞😊
