    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £233,521
    - OPs to mortgage = £11,338 Interest saved £5225 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends January 2030

    Read 40 books of target 52 in 2025, as @ 29th July
    Produce tracker: £236 of £300 in 2025

    Maybe because it is no longer a one person job, and when it is written down, everyone can see that. 
    When DH left one of his jobs (after 10 years) they had to hire three people to replace him.

    Yes, cue the maniacal laughter @KajiKita.  Word may also have got out about the company's toxic culture.   Loving the cat and curtains.   Cats were worshipped in ancient Egypt and they've never really got over it.  You are, as ever, fab love Humdinger xx
