    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £30.9K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.25K) = 35.5/£127.5K target 27.8% 14/11/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 62K or 48.6%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)

    But assuming that probation is 3 or 6 months you can still cut your losses at little cost to the company in the first 2 years.  Obviously there's the cost of recruiting again.  Seems to me that probation counts for little these days given the lack of employment rights.

    Your produce stuff is going really well . I picked another tiny bunch of sweet peas today. One of those little pleasures - and not big money either. I think I paid 10p on the co op for my seeds.

    If it hadn’t been tanking it down with 🌧️ tonight I would have picked a fresh bunch here. Maybe tomorrow 😊 I record those as £3 per bunch on my produce tracker 😉
