    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £227,385
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 3 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 10th January

    Thanks to buying the car I am going to have to minimise OPs over the next few months and build up my savings again, so little wins like that reassure me that I am still making (some!) progress …

    Heart warming kitten photos - ours was a rescue about 7 months old and was very frightened to start with, but is the boss of us now.  Always frightened of people and cars but that's not a bad thing.  Have a lovely easter with them.  And new car too - amazing.
